How long does it take to receive proof of my design work?
Our design team will send you a proof within 2 hours of placing your order.
Are there limitations to what I can print?
You must have the rights to your images, logos, etc to be printed.
What's your expected turnaround time?
Eligible orders are produced in 10-12 business days. We count business days as Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays.
Where can I track my order status?
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately upon checkout completion. This email is your notification that your project has entered the processing queue.
Do you offer bulk or large order assistance?
We have no limit to our maximum box unit quantity. Please email us at sales@swagboxesnow.com. For higher volumes, please connect with one of our enterprise specialists.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
What file type should I upload?
We highly recommend you send a vector-based file in EPS, AI, or PDF format. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG, or JPG, please send it in the actual size of your imprint for your item. We suggest you send the highest resolution file you have available as they work the best.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, and Check/PO. Additionally, we provide a unique "See Design, Pay Later" option. With this feature, you can make your final payment after reviewing and approving the proof for your custom design.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. For any reason, if you need to make changes to your order, feel free to get in touch with us.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For Premade Boxes and Custom Swag Boxes, there is a MOQ of 10 boxes. For our Just Swag option, we have a MOQ of 10 per product.
Will my artwork be reviewed before printing?
Yes, of course. We will review your artwork and create a proof for you to make sure your requested artwork meets your expectations. We will not proceed with printing before you confirm our proof that your logo meets your requirements. Please review your design carefully before beginning the checkout process.
Where will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged at our facility in Texas.
Will all my items ship together?
Your items may arrive in more than one box. Orders with multiple different items (e.g. - a set of mailer boxes and a set of shipping boxes) are not guaranteed for combined shipping. Please reach out to one of our representatives for order status and delivery questions.
Can I ship boxes from a single order to multiple addresses?
At this time, orders shipping to multiple destinations require to be ordered separately.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
What if I receive more or less than I ordered?
We charge you only for what you ordered. In the unlikely event we ship fewer than ordered, you'll be charged only for what you received.
